The Bath MBA is a globally ranked, full-time MBA designed for experienced professionals who want to develop the knowledge, perspective and confidence to lead in complex international environments. Delivered by the University of Bath School of Management, the programme combines rigorous business learning with practical experience, helping students connect new ideas directly to real organisational challenges.
Based in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath, the programme offers an immersive one-year experience within a close, international cohort. Students learn alongside professionals from a wide range of countries, industries and career backgrounds, creating a collaborative environment shaped by different perspectives and shared ambition.
A defining feature of the Bath MBA is the opportunity to apply learning throughout the programme. Through the Multi-Project Suite, students work on live challenges across consulting and change, entrepreneurship, social action and a final consolidating project.
These experiences help students strengthen their problem-solving, leadership and commercial skills while building practical experience they can draw on in interviews, future roles and their wider careers. Learning is supported by engagement with employers, alumni and organisations across different sectors.
Career development is built into the Bath MBA from the start. Students receive personalised support from the MBA Careers Team, including one-to-one guidance, coaching, mentoring, employer engagement and support with career planning, applications and interviews.
That focus is reflected in graduate outcomes. Across the Classes of 2022, 2023 and 2024, average post-MBA salaries were 63% higher than pre-MBA salaries, while graduates have gone on to roles across consulting, technology, healthcare, consumer brands and other sectors in the UK and internationally. The Bath MBA is also ranked in the global Top 100 by the Financial Times, with its Careers Service ranked among the strongest globally.
